How I lead, what drives me and how I am put together.

What drives me

A clear line of sight between the customer, the product and the person doing the work.

That is where I believe organisations perform best. Most of my work, in IT, in sourcing and as CEO, has been about creating that line.

How I lead

I would rather convince than dictate.

I try to cut through politics and decide on facts, knowing the road to a goal is rarely straight. I treat everyone in the organisation as my equal.

How I solve problems

Winners have a plan. Losers have an explanation.

A strategy is worth little without the plan that makes it real. When sound engineers told me their work was an art form that could not be described as a process, it ran globally on bespoke processes a year later.

Where I make a difference

Between the business and the technology.

I did not start in sales or finance. I started in IT, and I have spent my career connecting the business with the people who build its systems. Today I do that with AI at xrNORD.

A family man who values strong friendships.

Curious by nature, which is also why I trained as a pilot. I have friends with a lot of money and friends without a dime. They all have a warm heart and something on their mind.
