I am an ATPL pilot instructor. Basically, it means that I teach future airline pilots. 

And is is a privilege and a constant challenge.

Aviation is constantly teaching me so much that I am applying daily in business situations. Being able to plan, execute, evaluate and, replan while flying 200 knots and receiving information from the tower, requires your focus and concentration.

I have also learned, that without the following three elements you will never be good enough to be responsible for someone's lives.
